1. General

1.1 Mroyun is a trademark of Winunited Limited ("us", "us" or "us"), a company established in accordance with the laws of Malta in accordance with the law. Mroyun and and all its sub-domains and Facebook's Mroyun page ("Web Site").

1.2 Geokul Limited is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority under licence number MGA/B2C/119/2005 to offer Type 1 and Type 2 Gaming Services issued on the 1st of August 2018, under approved Service Provider licences.

1.3 There is no betting tax or other taxes imposed by MrOyun attributable to customers who bet with MrOyun. However customers still need to comply with their local laws in this respect and are advised to seek their own independent advice.

1.4 The MrOyun site and the promotions offered to MrOyun customers are designed for customers taking part in recreational gaming and if we believe that the bets are being placed or the site is being used for any other reason, other than recreational betting, for example but not limited to fraud, collusion, arbitrage or matched betting, then MrOyun reserves the right to refuse or void bets, to refuse to grant a bonus or promotion, to exclude a customer from MrOyun bonuses, rewards or promotions on an ongoing basis or to close a customer account without notice. MrOyun undertakes customer profiling in making this determination.

1.5 It is each customer's responsibility to ensure that they comply with their own local laws or relevant regulations with regard to betting. You should take your own independent advice before placing any bets with MrOyun and ensure that your gaming is legal and compliant with the relevant regulations.

1.6  Internet gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which you are located and if so, you are not authorised to use your payment card to undertake transactions.

1.7 Notwithstanding any translation of these rules or of any bonus scheme conditions, the English Language version of the rules available in the upper left corner of the screen shall be controlling in all respects and any rights or obligations of any party shall be construed solely be reference to such English Language rules. We reserve the right to change, amend or add to these rules as they see fit. Prior notice will be given before changes come into effect and acceptance must be reconfirmed. By accepting this Terms and Conditions you confirm that you’ve read and accepted our Rules and Privacy Policy given on our website. Customers may find additional rules for each game within the games themselves.

1.8 The fact that we do not exercise any right or respect for any rights under these terms does not mean that we have waived these rights. Any waiver of these rights will only be valid if it is notified in writing and signed by our party.

1.9 MrOyun only accepts residents from Turkey and Azerbaijan.

1.10 MrOyun reserves the right to close a player account, to refuse or void bets, to refuse to grant a bonus or promotion or to exclude a player from MrOyun bonuses, rewards or promotions where the player in question has been abusive or threatening in their communications with the Hespsibahis customer service team.

1.11 Bets placed with a third party supplier not expressly referred to in these terms and conditions will be governed by the licence held (and the corresponding jurisdiction) of such supplier.

1.12 Any bets struck in accordance with rule 1.2 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta.

1.13 The information contained in this website is provided "as is" and Mroyun makes no representations or warranties, either expressly or by implication, with respect to the operation of this website or the information, content, materials, services or products presented or referenced in this website. This Mroyun trademark may not be used in connection with any other product or service, or it may lead to confusion, or Mroyun may not be used in a way that deteriorates or distorts your reputation.

2. Rules of Betting on Games

2.1 Management reserves the right to change, amend or add to these rules as they see fit. Prior notice will be given before changes come into effect and acceptance must be reconfirmed. By accepting this Terms and Conditions you confirm that you’ve read and accepted our Rules and Privacy Policy given on our website.

2.2 A customer is deemed to have accepted all rules applicable to the game in question by opening or logging in to an account, placing a bet or having one settled with MrOyun or making a deposit or withdrawal, or contacting customer services. All information must be personally supplied by the customer when opening an account and must be accurate and complete in all respects. Registration must be made personally by the individual opening the account.

2.3 Any information given out by Customer Service agents is a guide only, and is subject to the MrOyun Rules mentioned above. Although we will make every endeavour to make sure the information supplied to the customer is correct, ultimately it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they understand what they are betting on and the terms and conditions.

2.4 Specific game rules, scoring rules, controls and guidelines for each game can be found within the game itself.  Such rules, scoring, controls and guidelines from part to these terms and you agree that you shall comply with them in respect of each individual game which you choose to access and/or play on.

2.5 You acknowledge that you will indemnify us for all losses, damages, claims and costs arising from your breach of these terms.

3. Age Restrictions

3.1 MrOyun only accepts registration and bets from customers over the age of 18 or the applicable age in the respective country. Underage gambling is an offence. The right to void any transactions with minors or defaulters is reserved.

4. Account Responsibility

4.1 Customers must provide a valid identification, address, contact email and personal telephone number upon registration.

4.2 Customers should check their account balance each time they logon or telephone MrOyun. In the event of a query or dispute it is the customer's responsibility to notify MrOyun at the earliest opportunity together with the customer's own record of transactions since the balance was last verified.

4.3 It is the customer's responsibility to quote the correct username and password when logging on or telephoning MrOyun.

4.4 It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their records are kept up to date with us, especially address, telephone number and payment/bank details.

4.5 It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they keep their username and security details confidential. In the event that a customer is worried that this may no longer be the case they should notify MrOyun immediately whereupon new details may be given and any future transactions under the previous details will be void.

4.6 Any bet made online where the username and password have been used will be regarded as valid. This is subject to meeting our criteria on sufficient funds available and being a suitable bet size for MrOyun to accept (see Rule 8 - Maximum Payouts).

4.7 If an account is “inactive” (i.e. has not been logged into (or out), has not had funds deposited in it or withdrawn from it, nor has had a bet placed from it or a bet settled within it and which, for the avoidance of doubt, does not include accounts which have been inactive as a result of self-exclusion) for longer than 12 consecutive months, then MrOyun has the right to commence charging an administrative fee of €5 per month to be calculated with effect from the commencement date of inactivity. This fee shall continue to be levied until the earlier of (a) thirty months from the commencement date of inactivity (in the case of accounts regulated by the MGA), (b) the account is closed, or (c) the customer recommences activity on his account. In the case of accounts regulated by the MGA if any funds remain in such account thirty months following the commencement date of inactivity, then MrOyun shall undertake adequate and proportionate efforts to return such balance to the appropriate account holder. If after such efforts, funds still remain in such account, then these funds shall be remitted by MrOyun to the MGA. If, during this period, the account in question has a balance of less than €5, then the administrative fee levied shall be this lesser sum. Under certain circumstances the customer may request a refund of the inactivity administrative fee levied in accordance with the regulations.
Further, if any kind of bonus or free bet or credit of any kind has been credited by MrOyun to a customer's account but has not been used by that customer within a period of 2 months thereafter, MrOyun shall be entitled without notice to the appropriate customer to reclaim that bonus or free bet or credit and amend that customer's account accordingly."

4.8 MrOyun allows only one account per person and these details are stored and checked on our database daily. Therefore any subsequent accounts opened under the same postcode/personal details /IP address that are found to be related to any existing account may be closed immediately and any bets will be voided at MrOyun discretion. Related accounts can mean those owned by members of the same family or those where betting behaviour is deemed by MrOyun to very similar based on the above criteria. MrOyun reserves the right to reclaim any winnings attained by these means. All new registrations are monitored to ensure that duplicate accounts are not opened so please adhere to these conditions.

4.9 Should a customer provide details, such as a Username that are deemed to be abusive or racial, MrOyun reserve the right to close a customer's account without any further explanation.

4.10 As part of the “Know Your Customer” commitment MrOyun engages in the ongoing monitoring (including via automated means) of:
  • Customer identity; due diligence and identification data (for example by the request of certain identification documentation)
  • Customer financial habits and behaviours, to ensure that the transactions are consistent with our knowledge of the customer’s risk profile 
  • Customer gambling habits and behaviours to ensure that the transactions are consistent with our knowledge of the customer’s risk profile.
  • By opening an account with MrOyun the customer agrees to MrOyun undertaking such procedures."
4.11 MrOyun holds its customer funds in separate segregated and protected bank accounts. You, the customer, understand that funds deposited into your betting account do not earn any interest and you must not treat MrOyun as a financial institution.

4.12 Mroyun reserves the right to close an account or refuse to open an account

4.13 A customer can close their account at any time by contacting customer services in the first instance who will detail the necessary process.

4.14 All transactions are checked to prevent money laundering. MrOyun shall report any suspicious transactions to the relevant competent authorities.

4.15 MrOyun reserves the right to disclose personal information when required by law, MrOyun's regulator, a government department or agency or other regulatory authority (whether or not having the force of law) where MrOyun has a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with, including, but not limited to, a current judicial proceeding, a court order, an order from MrOyun's regulator, or a police enquiry.

4.16 Due diligence will be undertaken when the account reaches cumulative withdrawals of €2,329.37 (or currency equivalent)."

4.17 The customer has the right to self-exclude for a definite or indefinite period of time after MrOyun has received notice. The customer will find information on how this may be requested in the ‘Responsible Gambling’ section via the ‘My Account’ link available on the website once logged in."

4.18 The customer has the right to set financial limits on wagers and/or losses and/or a limit on the amount of time that may be played in any one session. Increases to these limits will only take effect 7 days after the date of the request. The customer will find information on how this may be requested in the ‘Responsible Gambling’ section via the ‘My Account’ link available on the website once logged in. "

5. Betting on Games

5.1 A customer is strictly forbidden from using any form of artificial intelligence including, without limitation, "robots". Any Customers that we believe to be operating automated software (“robots” or “Bots”) will have their account closed. MrOyun’s decision will be final in these cases.

5.2 MrOyun cannot be held responsible for any typing, human, software or palpable error in relation to any product or information provided either on the MrOyun website or on the relevant third party website to which a customer is directed from the MrOyun website in order to place his relevant bet. MrOyun reserves the right to void any bet where such bet has been placed in circumstances where it considers, at its sole discretion, that such an error has occurred.

5.3 MrOyun reserves the right to refuse or void any bet, including those bets placed as a result of miscarried and/or aborted games (in accordance with any specific games rules).

5.4 Mroyun reserves the right to accept the bets of the desired customers and may prohibit members from betting on the place they work or the work they do.

5.5 The Customer will be responsible for any internet and / or mobile service charges incurred during the playing of our Games. If you are not sure how much these charges are, you should get information from your mobile carrier before playing.

5.6 We reserve the right to withdraw or change one or more of our Games (in whole or in part) from time to time without any liability, and in such circumstances will notify affected customers where appropriate. At the same time, any part of our Games or Game may become unusable as planned or unplanned due to technical or maintenance reasons. "

5.7 Mroyun reserves the right to accept or cancel wagers at any time.

5.8 Once a customer places a bet they shall receive an acknowledgement which is confirmation of acceptance by MrOyun.

5.9 MrOyun reserves the right to suspend a customer’s account and/or retain any monies in a player’s account (deposits and winnings) that it considers, at its sole discretion, to have been obtained as a result of (i) any error as described in Rule 5.2 above, or (ii) any suspicion of fraudulent activity or (iii) suspicion of any other activity of any nature deemed by MrOyun to be in bad faith."

6. Payments

6.1 No credit may be offered by any employee of MrOyun. It is the customer's responsibility to maintain sufficient funds in their account and to stake their bets accordingly. MrOyun reserve the right to void any bet that may be inadvertently accepted when the customer's account does not have sufficient funds to cover the whole of the bet."

6.2 Bets placed by credit or debit card do not become valid until MrOyun has received payment. In the event that such payment is not forthcoming before the event that has been bet on commences, that bet is automatically void.

6.3 Should funds be credited to a customer's account in error, it is the customer's responsibility to notify MrOyun of the error without delay. Any winnings subsequent to the error and prior to the notification of MrOyun, whether linked to the error or not, shall be deemed invalid and returned to MrOyun.

6.4 Winnings will be credited to customers' accounts following confirmation of the final result.

6.5 A customer may only use their own credit/debit card and ewallet in their own betting account. As part of our commitment to prevent money laundering any bets placed with funds from a card or ewallet which does not belong to the customer will be deemed void. Furthermore, as part of our commitment to prevent money laundering, in these circumstances MrOyun shall be entitled in its sole discretion to consider that such transaction is fraudulent and MrOyun may take appropriate action which may include suspending the player’s betting account, retaining all funds held on the betting account and/or voiding all bets placed from the date of such transfer."

6.6 A customer may only have one betting account. Any additional accounts will be closed and any bets placed will be voidable and the deposited amount returned.

6.7 MrOyun shall in no event, nor under any circumstances, be liable for any damages or losses without limitation that are deemed or alleged to have resulted from or caused by this website or its content, including without limitation delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, communications lines failure, any person's use or misuse of the site or its content, or any errors or omissions in content.

6.8 MrOyun reserves the right to void any or all bets made by any group of people acting in liaison in an attempt to defraud MrOyun. This can include persons, relatives, organisations, bookmakers and their employees.

6.9 A customer account is personal to that customer. Customers are not allowed to sell, transfer, acquire or otherwise deal in their account nor are they allowed to (i) make their account available for use by third paties, (ii) place bets with third party funds, (iii) transfer funds from their account to any other customer’s account, or (iv) to receive money from any other customer into their account"

6.10 MrOyun may charge a flat fee or a percentage on any deposit or refund transaction. Any charge will be clearly indicated when the transaction is made and the customer will have the option of rejecting the transaction and choose another cheaper or zero fee option.

6.11 In certain cases, the currency of your account balance or any withdrawals may not be the currency in which your deposit was made. MrOyun reserves the right to change the currency of your account including paying withdrawals and bonuses in a different currency. In the event that this occurs, the applicable rate of exchange will be the prevailing market rate.

6.12 Withdrawals are only remitted to the same account from where the funds originated.

6.13 As part of MrOyun’s commitment to anti-money laundering, if a customer makes a deposit, then MrOyun reserves the right to restrict the customer to withdrawing no more than 100€ if the customer has not placed a bet using such deposited monies."

6.14 Deposit and withdrawal methods are available to the customer on the respective “Deposit” and “Withdrawal” sections via the ‘My Account’ link available on the website once the customer is logged in.  Once a method has been selected the applicable processing time, fee (if any) and limit(s) will be clearly indicated and the customer will have the option of selecting another cheaper or zero fee option."

7. Customer Disputes

7.1 MrOyun hereby inform all customers that they shall record all telephone and electronic transactions with customers in the interests of staff and customers. When a dispute occurs which cannot be resolved by MrOyun, the relevant recording(s) may be made available to arbitrators.

If a customer wishes to initiate a dispute, then they should contact customer service in the first instance using the contact details available via the ‘Contact Us’ link on the website. Customers if they so wish can complain or take their dispute directly to the relevant regulatory authority

8. Maximum Payout

8.1 The maximum amount that can be won by one customer on one game is the lesser of the sum set out in the rules of such individual game or £50,000 or currency equivalent..

8.2 The maximum amount that can be won by one customer in one day's betting, regardless of stake, is £250,000 or its equivalent in an accepted currency.

9. Bonuses and Promotions for Games

9.1. MrOyun offer a selection of bonuses, rewards and promotions to MrOyun customers, these are designed solely for customers taking part in recreational gaming.

9.2. In signing for a promotion or accepting a bonus you agree to receive marketing communications from MrOyun. You will be given the option of opting out of these communications.

9.3. 9.4. MrOyun reserves the right to refuse to grant a bonus or promotion or to exclude a customer from MrOyun bonuses, rewards or promotions at any time or to withdraw, change, limit or suspend bonuses, rewards or promotions at any time.

10. Customer Behaviour

10.1 Information, data, software, sounds, photographs, graphics, videos, labels or other materials may be posted by you or by another user, uploaded, transmitted, transmitted or otherwise provided for use ("Content"). 11. Intellectual Property
